Our take

What a buyer should know

The same powertrain, a heavier boat

The V30 is the V24 stretched: 9.14 m on a 2.62 m beam, rated for fifteen rather than twelve, with the identical E-Motion 180E system and the same 43 kWh standard or 86 kWh optional battery choice. That identical drivetrain in a longer, wider, heavier hull is the single most important thing a buyer should weigh. Vision quotes the same nominal figures for both, but physics does not offer discounts: more boat and more people mean more energy per mile. Anyone intending to run the V30 near its fifteen-person capacity should treat the larger 86 kWh pack as close to essential rather than optional, and should ask the dealer for range figures at realistic load rather than the brochure baseline.

Who it is for

This is the entertaining boat of the pair. The extra beam is what buys usable deck space, and the added kit over the V24 — four 6.5-inch interior speakers, cool-touch seating — signals a boat meant to sit full of people on a hot afternoon. If your typical outing is four people, the V24 does the same job for €37,000 less and will go further on the same pack.

At €129,000, converted from $139,995 base, the V30 is priced against substantial conventional pontoons. Budget for European delivery and duty on top of the converted figure.
